I had this concert on DVD and lost it in a recent move, so Thanks so much for sharing this. Vastly underrated band. They sounded phenomenal here, and to be fair, they still sound great when they tour today!

I remember purchasing this album - Damn the torpedoes, in high school (80’s). That’s right album! Man, life was good.💜

When I was about 14, around 1983, I wrote to George and invited him to drop in for a cup of tea next he is passing by ... Perth, Western Australia. A few months later a letter from his secretary arrived in the post with a signed photo of George enclosed.

Please tell me I did NOT see the members of the band running naked across the stage @ 39:00 or so .. I mean, streaking was probably the thing around that time, but still ... 8- O

Tenía 9 años cuando transmitieron este concierto por televisión. Me quedé todo el día esperando a la actuación de Dire straits. Nunca se me olvidará aquella versión de "Money for nothing" con Eric Clapton. Gracias por subirlo.

So nice to recover this again. Was at the show in Oslo at Chateau Neuf in the early 1980ths. Great then..😅😅😅great now. A piece of American pop/country and rock bands that made it on the cover of the Rolling Stone😂

I’m so glad I got to see these guys live several times back in the ‘70s. There is no way the culture today would ever allow them to play these songs now. What a loss!
