HOW BEAUTIFUL IS THAT!?! Sri Narada speaking about the Guru, how rare: thank you, brother for opening your heart to your spiritual channels... and 2014: before the then-unknown Jon Batiste, now band leader to Stephen Colbert, Academy Award winner, and how many other divine accolades -- beautiful presentation Soleil, sunshine of the heart and soul... carry on, sing on forever!

Thank you, Brad~ Yes, how beautiful to hear Narada's inspiration and soul journey. And Jon Batiste who just happened to be accompanying Narada! Blessings to you, Brad, on your deeply creative and soul inspired journey. Yes, I'm singing and recording to my heart's desire! Devoted.

Excellent interview by Soleil Dakota with such a riveting guest! Narada is a natural story teller and has amazing historical references regarding his decades in music. And what a fantastic jam moment between Jon Batiste and Narada at the end. Brilliant!

I have heard exactly what NMW is talking about - I am going to send McLaughlin out over the edge - Vienna '75 the craziest example. All credit to Cobham I do believe the synergy hit with Walden , plus multiple LP tracks, polished & funkifized & yes vocalized, what Cobham began (Gayle Moran also snag effectively.) Evilest Walden drum solo must be Kansas '74 right here on YT. I would say its incomparable - like Greg Errrico plus Fito plus Shrieve, blended from Woodstock- like deJohnette plus Purdie or Garibaldi - and also well arrnged beyond that, beyond its ectstatic flash.. Going to listen now for Patti Austin & Sister Sledge records, see if they have beats at catchy as those w Aretha, (Rock A Lott), Stacy, Whitney (save the Day being my favourite of hers)

What a wonderful and inspiring song! Such Joy and Truth shines forth from every heart and note to realize this dream, so beautifully sung, and with such passion, by Bobby Finney and played by Soleil Dakota. Such a loss to lose such a beautiful man and loving heart, but imagine, he's right: We Can Change the World!

i wonder if the ruma is true, that when they were auditioning for a drummer for hendrix, that michieal walden was 13 or 14 and hendrix wanted him but was too younge to play in the clubs...

fine song Soleil. i would maybe end it with "someday" or "some sweet day". either way it's pretty hopeful far out sentiments but it's nice to believe. i do. believe we are what eats us

guyglowmore1 Thanks Guy. Glad you liked the song. There is often mystery woven into the songs I write. Each song carries a feeling, and it's own meaning - different for each person that listens - and changes over time.

Narada is a spiritual, positive, musical and wonderful man and his gift to music is immense. I'm glad to have corresponded with him way back when his old recordings were being released again, and he was just so nice and down to earth. Much love and respect to Narada for giving us his musical skills!
