@@FORAY247 thank you for commenting. First, if you are far away from the Lord I would ask for forgiveness of sins known and unknown (repentance). Second, I need you to read and pray 2 Timothy 1:7 which says “for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind”. You need to rebuke that spirit because it’s trying to take a hold of your mind. Third, please read and pray Philippians 4:6-7. Do not be anxious about anything! But pray, thank the Lord and He will replace your fear and anxiety with a peace that surpassed all understanding. Lastly. Isaiah 26:3 - put your thoughts onto the Lord and He will give you a perfect peace . Let these scriptures change and renew your mind so the peace of God overflows you in Jesus name. I will pray for you but please meditate on those scriptures everyday and night!

I used to have the same type of panic attacks. When that happens, resist the devil, submit to God (James 4:7), know that you have authority over your mind (2 Corinthians 10:3-6) and pray against the spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7). Also declare Psalm 118:17 over yourself. I pray this helps!
