I have the same problème, blue light, scooter on, motor works,i shorted fuse but it doent changé anything, all cells are showing 4.1v

Too bad we never got to see this in the market. Development was too slow and shipping was too expensive. Rear suspensions from China has cought up, even monorim who came much later caught up. The idea wasn't too bad except that it requires irreversible cutting whereas other options in the market do not.

Interesting video, thanks! Im trying to figure out wether I've got faulty hall sensors or my issue is elsewehere. My xiaomi schooter Pro 2 had a damaged motor wire, i shortened it and resoldered all cables. After using it for a short while the same appened again and i believe the issue was with a damaged motor washer, that allowed the stator to rotate, twisting and damaging the cable. I proceeded in repairing rhe cable again and changing both washers, no error 18 appeared then. After 5-6 km i noticed the front wheel was making some rattling sound, and speed dropped for some instants, no error on display, so i proceeded in opening the motor again. Nothing seems off with it, no cables snapped, all solderings seems fine. Testing all 3 sensors i noticed the minimum voltage on each of them is 0.9V, maximum 4.15, hall sensors N41. Not sure if I could be having a sensors issue here or not here, im at a loss. Wouldn't want to go and try replacing all sensors if this might actually not be the cause. Anyone having a similar reading on his N41 sensors?

Folks, grateful for some advice. My M365 has been blowing hall sensors every couple of weeks. I think I'm on the 4th motor now and we discovered that it was the hall sensors so we replaced them and it worked for a day and then again it had the same fault, vibrating like in other hall sensor videos. Does anyone have any experience as to why this is happening every so often? What might cause a hall sensor failure?

Front tyre is way of the cast its gonna have a major wobble issue. You need to shorten it may be a smaller tyre

Hi and thanks for very inforative video. This exact topic of middle sensor had me puzzled on a motor I am fixing currently. That is - the Pos and Out pins were swapped compared to the two side sensors on the pcb. But the old sensor was removed before I got the motor so I did not know what to do until this video. I also have 3 identical S41 sensors and will have to physically twist the middle one 180 degrees - but oddly this leaves me with the pins in the correct position... Is it so that the N41 normally has swapped pins for pos and Out compared to the layout of S41? If not the manufacturer probably used your trick of physical reversing already, thus the different pins for the middle one?? Thanks from Norway 🇧🇻👍😃

hi tanks for the vdo.I have troubles with a ninebot ES2.After replacing the halls it showed on the tester its a 60° cycle .After i saw your vdo i switched the 2 outer legs as per vdo.On this way i have the + on the signal,and the signal on +. But this wont work and the control light on B is permanent on.I'm using SS41 hall sensors. Did i got something wrong ? some said swaping + and - will help too.But i wont ruin the controller. Its a new one and if i switch to another wheel it works. Wheres the fault ? thks

Is that sound from the hall sensor? I have the same sound on my emove cruiser after rewiring my hub motor since one of the hall sensor wires was snapped, I didn't check if the hall sensor worked since the motor ran just fine even with snapped hall sensor wire. What do you think issue is?
