@@mhachankikon9328 I work honestly and paid my taxes every month and do not pretend to be a faking pastor and God´s representative in Earth by telling people false stories and promising them lots of miracles. That is my opinion because I knew him quite well and close during many years but I never believed his speeches although I was his simultaneous language interpreter. I am not going to follow up this conversation. Have a nice day!

Fr Nisbet says " many people have turned away from God because they don't like the people whom he works"? Well as humans don't we judge the book by its cover? In modern day terms its called marketing. Someone in torn T-shirt, worn out faded jeans with a soiled bible, preaching the Gospel is not going to appeal to the middle class. How many times have I gone to mass and seen proclaimers of the gospel dressed in jeans and T-shirt or for the ladies short pants and T-shirt top also and one occasion the Archbishop was visiting the parish with this code of dress. (no one dare say anything just in case someone feelings gets hurt?) No wonder its hard to believe the Gospel with this type of christian shabbiness.

I am sure Fr McAlear has some beautiful things to share on the Gospel. But where is the roman collar? Most of the Priests speaking for the CCR Melbourne appear like lay persons wearing a small cross around their necks? It looks like the Priesthood has gone through the wash and is out to dry?

I have come full circle.I started as a non-believer....But as soon as I married my wife stuff followed her.Good and Bad.But nevertheless this past year I've been experiencing lots of enlightening situations.Culminating with a story my wife first told me when we met about a healing performed on her feet in 2004.She didn't know his name But merely his face.I just decided a quick search in google..Why not? i found Fr.McAlear's face and so did my wife."Thats him!" He's talking to me here....

In what world is McAlear thinking when he says Jesus brings peace, reconciliation, and unity? Jesus may very well bring forgiveness to each believer on an individual level, but to say that this then results in any practical qualities of peace and unity among peoples does not follow. The various churches have fought amongst themselves, in addition to deep lacks of peace within the Catholic church itself over its long history. If he means peace and unity between an individual and God than maybe
