Dont buy bosch things because bosch not providing a proper service actually they dont have their own service team and tey are tye up with some other 3rd party team and he came with bosch id & uniform only. I brought bosch 9kg front load washing machine 2months ago in Amazon and the issue is machine vibration and improper washing time. And this is first and last i will buy the Bosch home appliances things and i am suggesting to every middle class family dont buy bosch home appliances.because if any problem in appliances you cant able get resulation as much quickly.actually i got one incident that too the service team will do rowdyism(gundas) like that.worst ever thing in my life &They dont have details to contact the higher authority team.if you forced to service issues means they do gundaism.and i was contacted the service coustomer care and he was without information and my permission he connected the area service manger in confrence call and that guy was speaking very loudly so totally its very much bad experience.it shows Total BOSCH mindset Before Experience of BOSCH in mind 10/10 After experiencing the BOSCH My mind set is 10/0 #Boycottboschhomeappliances

Area Manager with IFB Technician visited today ( on 5th Day ), checked the machine within 10 minutes, Charged the 800 Rs Visiting Charges. He will order the parts tomorrow not today and will tell me the estimate tomorrow only. Again helpless for 10 days. Dont buy Bosch Products.

Ever worst experience with Bosch fridge. Most pathetic behaviour of so-called service centre. Bosch launched their fridge in india without proper homework on design and durability of parts.

So I don't recommend u to buy Bosch Refrigerator from India. No proper service. They keep on changing parts.If ur lucky it will get fixed after changing 2 parts .or they keep on changing

My Bosch topload washing is the worst one I have used and I have seen. I had clothes tangling issue from day 1 which when informed customer care team, told me that to use very light (I don’t know what is 7kg mentioned for). Now I had 2 major replacements for the main board and the gear(combined total cost around INR 7000) and now my machine is bouncing heavily around the area while rinsing and spinning. This happens even when I load 4-5 shirts alone. Never recommended. It’s not the Bosch quality we are getting outside India. You can opt for any other brands like LG, Samsung, Panasonic which myself had used in past or my relatives and friends are using currently.

So how will you help me, employee from your company ignored, but customer support said i will get replacement, but not the company employee,it was a bad experience from a German product, after 3 decades of using other brands i switched to bosch but a big disappointment from a company staff, and bad experience from shop,i was shown BEE w/m, after i received there was no BEE , even i was told i can add more laundry, but unfortunately I can't, i had mailed the problems which I'm facing, since I bought it, but unfortunately I don't have any evidence, that i have mailed the company,as it was hacked, if you want that i should get justice,then send me your email address,i will aend you the problems which I'm facing.
