What do you journal about? Because I've tried so many times and just can't think of anything to journal? 😂

Mine is more like a diary, I just write about my day, my problems, fun things, ups, downs stuff like that. I just like knowing that I can look back at it in a few years, revisit my memories.

Well i mostly reflect on my life, my mental state, things i want to change. But to make it more fun i always add at least one color into every entry and sometimes i collect things (i.e. a penny, or a receipt) it’s always the little things and whatever is on your mind :)
