This might not get much traction, but I never knew this, and I learned something. Thank you kindly.

This was outrageously helpful. Some American education is confusing against the English system, but this was very, very useful, straight to the point and yes, it made more than a little bit of sense 😂👍🏻

I love you. I am a senior with 2 days left of school and I'm failing my stats class. I think this video just saved my life and I might be able to graduate because of the explanation but because of my lack of understanding from my past notes. Thank you Ms. Moening. Thank you.

I'm confused, why did the 6.8 get cancelled by multiplying it with another 6.8??
@almaadheedalmaadheed3 ай бұрын
The first 6.8 is a deviation and the other is multiple it’s like adding and subtracting one cancel the other because they are opposite with same value

Becky, polls about elections are generally useless in today's society. Americans are emotional and driven by their moods and what they just heard on social media.

First, I want to comment that most credit card billing periods probably don't coincide wit the calendar month. But I see why you did it this way as an introductory lesson, as it does make it easier to understand. In reality, however, it's more likely that a person's billing cycle will start and end in the middle of of calendar months. Such as October 17th to November 16th, which would be 31 days. I noted on mine that the ending date of the billing cycle (the "closing date") is three days after my due date. (I also know that the closing date is the date on which they report the information to the credit bureaus.) I know that I selected the due date, so possibly the three days to end of cycle are added, and then the day one reset from there. (Maybe the three days is to give you a small leeway before they report a late payment to the credit bureaus??) What I wasn't sure about, and can't really find a good answer to, is when does a credit card "day" begin? Is it 12 am or 3 pm? Banks used to cut off the banking day at 3 pm so they could balance accounts before the end of the day. However, I know that nowadays most electronic funds transfers happen after midnight (which, I suspect, is why certain transactions are marked "pending" --- they are awaiting the 12 am processing I think?) The time a credit card charge comes in (and changes the balance) is important --- especially with 24/7 shopping on the Internet. There must be a simple answer to this SOMEWHERE, but I can't find it! By the way, I got the average daily balance answer right on first try. Yay!
