just tried this, about 30 mis all in. Delicious! The semolina works well. I used real cardamon and saffron, sunflower oil, unsalted butter, no ghee. In the UK powdered milk is expensive. Try it, you'll like it.

No sorry, you need glutinous rice flour :( normal rice flour does not work.

You need to clean it first, then soak it in the water for 1 hour and 30 minutes, after that put it into a flat surface util its fully dry and then you can blend it
