I'm seeing in this video how people could be faster to stand up to racism. People did say something but it could be quicker to show that it is hurtful and just needs to stop. I think the black man stood up pretty quickly and it's a good example for white people like me how to see racism quickly and stop it.

Let's see how many Asians would stand up for a foreigner 😂
Yes, Asians are known for its faceless look, depersonification, exquisite methods of torture, assassins and cringest.

I'm sure if the same thing had happened to a black/indian/mexican/brown south east asian guy, nobody would have done anything. Also, east asians are racists back in their home countries.

i'd verbally defend myself, that's what i'd do. The action in the video happens every day to People of Color so it's not an experiment, it's real life for those people. I think the real question should be: What are White People going to do about it? Whether it be Black People, Latino/Hispanic People, Asian People, or Indigenous People whom these comments are directed at, the majority of these negative, bigoted comments are made by White People. White People don't have a problem harassing &/or intimidating People of Color but as a Race, they're very complicit when one of them does something wrong to a Person of Color in front of another White Person; it shouldn't matter what a person looks like, everyone should "call out" each other when something wrong is being done.

I know this video’s a Social experiment but I myself have experienced racism numerous times in Oregon. Being a minority especially an Asian person we do encounter such hate from others. I’m glad to see people willing to stick up for you.
never happened to me in 50yrs. this scenario might occur to 1% of non whites in .0001% of their interactions with other people. racism is a non issue.

just because you haven’t experienced it doesn’t mean you get to invalidate other’s experiences with racism. This DOES happen. It has happened to me and my friends before. Racism is a large issue within our community.
@Gorlockthe23 күн бұрын
@birdytheblob dont project your experiences onto me or my community. racism is insignificant and affects almost no one.

@birdytheblob just because you may have experienced it, doesnt mean you can project it onto others as also their experiences.
