Hi, I'll be flying Finnair in august, from New Delhi, India to Birmingham Alabama, USA. I have a layover at Helsinki for 22 hours 10 minutes. I wanted to know if im required to have a transit visa at Finland. Do you have an idea about that please?

Please stay away with Alliance air... their plain is really in worst situation, their seats are alomst fractured. Really plain engine health is unpredictable. seems like when it will stop working and need to tilt the plain to start again like bajaj scooter. Bro ...stay away and stay live and healthy.

This is to report to you the misbehavior by the Alliance Airlines staff Ms. Niecy Joseph. I am Ms. Mini Regin who had booked flight from their airlines to Bangalore from Cochin with my husband and 2 children of age 8 and 3. The flight was preponed and informed to us only at 2.30 p.m. from 8.05 to 7.40. We approached the call centre and also tried web check in which was of no use. However, although we reached the airport by 7.05 pm and reached the check in counter by around 7.10 since we were taken to the random bag check by the security. When we approached Ms. Niecy, her behavior towards us was very rude. She was not even willing to listen to us and kept telling she can't help us in a very rude tone. She treated us standing with a small baby with no humanity and kept telling us that we didn't pick their call. Moreover, after informing the terminal manager, who told her to register our complaint and sent us with, she simply kept us waiting ignoring us. Even though I tried asking her what can be done or if there are any chances of the next flight, she just ignored me without answering for which I had to again go to the terminal manager and inform that she's not responding to me. We are frequent fliers domestically and also internationally, we have never encountered such rude behavior from any airport staff till now. She spoke very rudely to us, did not give us any solution for our grievance unless we repeatedly complained to the terminal manager and wasted a lot of our time and energy. She added on to our stress when we had already missed the flight. Such people should not be employed in an airport where customer service is very essential. Please let me know what will be done about this lady. Also I want to know how I can take this complaint further. Hoping for necessary action to be taken at the earliest.

I have flight on next week with united airlines, the bag dimensions they mentioned was 158cm and my bags was 160cm, this leads to any problem with dimensions , will they concentrate on weight or dimensions for check in bags, for 1-2cm any problem or onlu weight is important for check in Bags
