Thank you for your time and showing me a close up on this! I’m an early machinist myself. Im also a diy guy, so I love to see the ins and outs of the mechanical/pneumatic components since I have been machining for about 3 years. So I’m in the phase where creating my own tools rather than purchasing a made one phase. I stumbled upon your short video, and I’m am more than impressed. I’m excited to tackle on something like your invention. I would have to modify the design in order for it to sit on my dad’s mill. But thank you again!! I would love to see the layout of which solenoid valves you used. Because the initial entry component, I’m so confused on what that is?

@@iamszaee I will add another video showing the compressor lines also. It’s so nice to see more and more people making things by hand instead of buying them. I never operated a lathe or milling machine until a few years ago. I actually started at 13 doing plumbing. My father was a master plumber and his father was a master plumber so I figured that was what I was going to do. While I enjoyed it and trust me getting 100 dollars on a Sunday in the 90s was a great feeling. I also loved electronics because my grandfather worked for RCA TELEVISION in the 30s. He is part of the reason you have a color tv because he helped design the first double sided circuit board. Anyway when I was about 15 my father took our car to SEARS to have a car stereo installed and after 3 days my father took the car back because they just couldn’t figure it out. I asked my dad if I could try and it worked within an hour. This was what I wanted to do. To make a long story short. I ended up owing a car stereo and alarm store in the 90s and I was in Business until I was in a terrible car accident the day after Christmas in 2001. I was blindsided by a Verizon truck. I had to close my business and it’s been rough at times but I can’t complain. In 2016 I was in a coma for 2 weeks on my death bed because I was given wrong medication from a doctor after I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Currently I can do things here and there. I am waiting on both hips to be replaced. I guess that was all those years installing alarms on my knees but, I can’t complain. I was only learning from you tube so everything I made was just hit or miss. I have only been using the mill and lathe for about a year at that time and it’s so fun. I honestly haven’t touched that stuff in about a year. I started to build HENRY FORDS first engine and in the middle of building it our car was having problems and I purchased a new electric vehicle and then I converted my riding mower to electric. I have videos of that too. My problem is I jump around too much. But, I do have a lot of experience with basically everything. I am 55 and after 35 years I actually got back into playing guitar since it’s hard to stand on my feet for a long time. I will get another video out today of the other components and hopefully that will help you out. You should grab a camera and take pictures of your progress. I would love to see how it comes out. It’s a pleasure meeting people who work with their hands. It seems more and more people are trying to be you tube stars instead of trying to help People out. Talk to you soon..

But after 3 months I could not be happier. It's way over kill for my mower because I only use about 10 Amp hours to cut my front and back lawn. The last time I was pulling cinder blocks in my carts and the mower is stronger than gas🤣 but, Amazon has a great cheap bms for like 30 bucks and it will do 130 amps. To give you an example. If you use those battery Spot welders, the hysincere battery will just reset. It thinks it's a dead short and won't output anything. The cheap bms from Amazon has no problem. In fact I used it to start my other car and it ran great in a Kia Sorento 6 cylinder. If you need some cheap but good batteries then these are the way to go. I think they are mostly made for solar. @@doingstufforatleasttrying4843 Here are some procedures for testing the capacity of a 12.8v 100ah LiFePO4 battery: Check the open circuit voltage Disconnect all loads and chargers from the battery, and wait 15-30 minutes. Then, use a multimeter to measure the open circuit voltage. Compare the voltage to the battery manual's SoC chart or voltage curve chart. A fully charged 12v LiFePO4 battery should have a voltage of around 13.3-13.4v. Discharge the battery Discharge the battery at a constant current of 0.2C5A until it reaches 10.0 volts. Calculate the capacity The battery's capacity is measured in Ampere-hours (Ah). It's calculated by multiplying the current consumption by the hours it takes to discharge the battery to 2.0 V. Here are some other tips for testing and charging LiFePO4 batteries: The recommended charge voltage for LiFePO4 batteries is 14.0-14.6V at 25℃. The best recommended charge voltage is 14.4V. LiFePO4 batteries don't need to be float-charged. If the charger has a float voltage setting, set it to 13.6V. A LiFePO4 battery shouldn't experience permanent degradation when charged between 0 ºC and 45 ºC.
