Danny Hutton and Corey Wells were exceptionally talented singers ! A shame Chuck Negron exited the group because he also was an excellent singer too, especially on the 'I've got pieces of April !' The whole group was one of the best during the late 1960's early 1970's, including Floyd Sneed, Jimmy Greenspoon, and Mike Allsup, Joe Schermie, etc.....Danny Hutton has been a member of this band since 1967 !

I actually had this experience. My date left with another guy after I passed out. The drink server gave me a 7-11quart tumbler that was half vodka (I think?). I drank the entire concoction, not knowing. I remember waking up in the bushes. I swear I could smell dog pee on me!

We saw these guys waaaay back in about 1973 in edmonton, Alberta. Festival seating, which is on astoturf. Great concert. Lots of Baby Duck bottles. Medics helping those in need. ;-) Very smoky, even when it was illegal. Such good memories!

I disagree with the premise of this song. We have no moral obligation to accept those who intend harm. I won’t shake hands with the devil.

Me too! One of my all time favorite groups .We need to write to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and get them in there! These guys were the number one group in early1970’s .Iam sure there is a lot of fans out there that this group played a big big part of their music addictions! 🫶🙏❤️🙋♀️🇺🇸👑
