Try RBR and you'll see how unforgivable this old game will affect your time. DR2.0 is ok but too arcade just like EA WRC which is aiming for young kids mostly.

Hi @JonArmstrongRallying, late to the party. I have a t300rs and your settings feel good, albeit a little "light". Now, your ts-xw afaik has more torque than a t300, like 6nm vs 4. Does it make sense to increase your values times 1.5 then, or does FFB in dr2 not work in such a linear way? Cheers

Thanks Jon. I'm very new to sim rallying and this helped a lot. I was doing WAY too many pendulum turns in FWD and didn't realize I was "scrubbing speed". Already a lot faster now after watching this Just sticking with DR2 for now, but I'll be joining you guys on EAWRC when it gets VR!

I adjusted almost similar settings without seeing the video, i also like less force for centering or friction. I keep them moderate for long sessions, thx.

Keep the great work, gameplay is a big upgrade compare to DR 2.0, business is tough but I know you're giving your best. Simracers love to shit on racing games and most of the "sim games" are always lacking something. What I notice is that Codemasters do the best work out there, by bringing content out of the box, uncomplicated and fun. But of course, quality has to be delivered.

why is a real life rally driver using the on screen directions? thats potentially a bit of a bad sign of the co driver call quality. phil mills was awesome in dirt rally 2.0

Unfortunately, the game is a huge step back from DR2!

What it looks like when you imitate the dying in a crash factor in a sim. The car and wheel movements become oh so much more of focus. Only a real race car driver can get to that level of sim racing. ❤

finally some rallying from the legend himself :) reminds me on good old days when i bought my first wheel g27 and installed dirt rally 1 . we used to have "rally nights" with couple of friends at my place, drinkin' beers and =======~~ then we were driving each a stage . we thought we were improving until i saw a video of Jon driving wales with alpinestars gloves on, g25 wheel with rubberbands on gearbox sliding and cutting through corners on wales. i was sending that video to all of my friends and everyone was like "this guy is impossible, it's complitely insane", noone even thought that this game can be played that way. damn, i miss those days :(
