The first unit for customer failed within six months, and although it was eventually replaced, the second unit broke down 12 months later. Despite being promised a replacement, it has been two weeks with no replacement and no communication from Wallbox. Every time I call their support number, I'm stuck on hold indefinitely, as if my number is being ignored. I'd consider taking them to small claims court to get my money back, but their UK address seems to be a solicitor's office, likely just a dummy address. Never work again!

The problems with all these charger companies with the electric cars they never talk about the actual features like does it have an on and off switch and they seem to always want to push the Wi-Fi ones that use electricity 24/7 call ghosting the computer World being more unfriendly the internet is harder to get to what you want these days
