If elderly room pag pasok from front door ground floor, dapat Meron toilet&shower Kasi hirap umakyat Ng hagdan Ang matanda to use the toilet, that they often do several times a day. Not practical design😢

But the real target of the development ay hindi mga elderly kundi young to middle age working professional. That is why it is designed this way. We just mentioned that you can use the room in ground floor for elderly if "needed" but it's original purpose ay Office Area. Elderly clients usually buy Bungalow Type property na available in other projects😊
