Been a few years since ive been there, was wondering how they survived covid and inflation. Place was always decent. That they had singapore noodles in the buffet was really good. Above average asian buffet for sure.

Going to San Diego next month and researching where to eat. Unfortunately, this place among others recently had a norovirus outbreak from raw oysters from Korea. Just make sure you eat everything cooked and not raw anymore.

Terrible and messy layout and many dishes yet to be replenished!. The GM, F&B Dir / Mgr and Chef should be ashamed for standards unbefitting of Hyatt - A grand Hyatt at that!
