It is wantonly wasting which is a crime in most states. That deer could have been donated to farmers and hunters feeding the hungry. Whoever did that is a dirtbag.

Hey Mike, great content! Keep up the great service . I just found your videos late last night after some long sits in the woods up in Michigan. I was searching White tail using thermal imaging and Boom, there you are. Never knew this existed. Anyway , new subscriber here and I sent my father a couple videos to watch, he’ll love it! I’ll share it with my buddies tonight at work . Keep it up 👍

Around my area their are way more deer wounded by crossbow hunters than REAL archery hunters.
@bA-yy2yy18 сағат бұрын
Jason, It's pretty easy to make a comment about "real" archery hunters if you are in good health. However, there are a lot of us that are not fortunate enough to be able to still use a compound bow. For instance, I am a 100% disabled veteran. A crossbow is my only way to enjoy bow hunting, you know, after giving up parts of my body for your freedom.

Sitting in a tree stand, waiting for a buck to walk past.... Is that REAL hunting? Is shooting a buck at 800 yards with a single shot.... What is "REAL HUNTING"??? driving around in a 4x4, with a spotlight, and shooting a buck with a 300 win Mag at 100', is that real hunting?????

PA laws make no sense at all when it comes to hunting. You can’t use any technology to hunt meaning drones, flashlights, night vision , thermal. Why ?? Because hunting after dark is illegal, but they allow spotting to happen until 11 PM, which aids in seeing where big buck are feeding and more than likely bedding after feeding. Same goes for baiting deer, you aren’t allowed to bait deer but you are allowed to plant food plots that deer 100% can’t resist and you can put a blind right in the middle of that food plot and shoot a trophy buck 15 yards from your blind. You can’t put a bucket of apples out close to your deer stand but you can put your climber stand in the apple tree they are feeding from. The stupidity of this state is breathtaking. Up until 2020 you were not allowed to use night vision or thermal to predator hunt but you could have your partner shine a million power spotlight on the coyote as you were pulling the trigger. These are just a few of examples of how stupid the laws are in this state. There needs to be serious overhaul in the laws of this state when it comes to hunting.

Double the size, double the quality, double the price. Expecting the same results of the 3T to be that of the 30T is flat stupid. Showed zero footage of thermal video which is what most people would only care about being used for recovery. This was the shittiest review I think I've watched on KZbin since its existence. It's a shame KZbin removed people from seeing how many thumbs down a video gets. Then again, having 23,000 views and only 381 likes pretty much says it.

Crossbow hunters thinking 30 yards is a chip shot. Thought a leg hit was a "pass through." The only crossbow hunters I've seen that aren't a complete joke are those who started with real archery and had to switch due to age or injury.

The first part of your statement is correct. I would say your statement about crossbow hunters that never hunted real archery are a joke is completely false. Never used a traditional bow ever, I'm using an 6 year old Barnett. What separates good crossbow hunters from bad ones is PRACTICE and patience and knowing the limits of your equipment. I see all the newer crossbows that shoot 70-100 yards but find them breaking and not being consistent, and who needs to shoot a bow 100 yds anyway. This is why you see so many bad shots now. if you can't shoot dead on from 20-40 yds consistently in different scenarios then I wouldn't shoot at a deer IMO

There are licensed folks with leashed dogs trained to trail and recover shot deer in NY. Keep working with DEC on this. Licensed drone deer recovery may be in the future also. They just have to come up with the wording to avoid abuse. Until then, you have to cease and desist in NY.
