This is *_EXACTLY_* why taking Ozempic is such a bad idea. This lady is losing weight while maintaining her sugar addiction. What do you think is going to happen whe. She stops taking Ozempic? Yep, rebound weight gain. She going to continue to eat her sweet treats and gain back all the weight. This is such a common experience. And it is soul-crushing. People spend all that money just to get a tease of what it's like to be thinner only to have it all ripped away after they get off the drugs. Please, ladies, don't get into this cycle.

You do realize there's nothing wrong with having a bit of sugar now and then right lol? Just because you're losing weight doesn't mean you have to be miserable and not enjoy any sweets. These are suggestions to make weight loss MORE sustainable by not cutting everything cold turkey. Not sure why you're commenting under every video I post, but realize that this does work for some people. I lost 50lbs without ozempic previously and kept most of it off BY still integrating some of the treats I love.

@ChristinaStrambu This is like telling an alcoholic that they can have a drink now and then in order to make their recovery from alcoholism sustainable. Maybe you are able to moderate your "treats" but there are many, many, many women who cannot moderate and will end up binge eating sweets. It is much safer and physically and psychologically healthier to simply deal with the sugar addiction. Just like with any addiction, for some people moderation is possible, but for others, total and permanent abstinence is the only way. And once a person deals with their sugar addiction issues, that usually also solves their weight issues. If you want all the weight loss benefits of ozmpic without any of the side effects, do a very low carb, ketogenic diet. Having elevated ketones and being in ketosis stimulate the same GLP1 hormones that ozempic does. I'm glad you lost all that weight. My comments are not for you. My comments are for the many, many women who struggle with sugar addiction.

You used words such as "she" and "her" directly referencing me. If you're that passionate about it perhaps start your own channel, but please stop harassing me on mine! Thanks :)

@ChristinaStrambu It's a public comment section on a public KZbin video on a public KZbin channel. I am free to comment as I please within the KZbin terms of service. Simply referencing you in a comment is not harassment. If you broadcast yourself to the world, you should expect that not everyone will see things the way you do, and you should expect some people will have criticisms. Thanks. :)

This is incredibly helpful for me. My son and I are about to start ozempic and I had no idea it could have an effect on anxiety. Good luck in all your future endeavors!

is the ozempic prescribed to you because you have PCOS and are prone to developping pre-diabetes?
@ChristinaStrambu
@ChristinaStrambu 11 күн бұрын
Yes it can be used for that, I've had ongoing issues with pre-diabetes on and off throughout teen years and adulthood!

Great video, but definitely more protein will help keep you full and prevent escessive muscle breakdown which will lower your metabolism once you go back to maintenance calories.

Plus more than half of the people who lose weight on it gain back all that weight and more withing two years (according to studies). It's crazy to spend all that money and risk all those side effects to basically flip a coin for results...

girl if you're not diabetic you've got to get off of ozempic. It's causing people to develop gastroparesis, paralysis of the muscles that move food through your stomach. It can cause malnutrition and even lead to needing a feeding tube.

Remember, ladies, about 3 out of 4 people gained back all the weight they lost within just two years of stopping Ozempic (according to studies). And Ozempic causes not just fat loss, but muscle and bone density loss. And there are no long-term studies for Ozempic at the amount prescribed for weight loss. And common side effects of Ozempic include nausea.
@ChristinaStrambu
@ChristinaStrambu Ай бұрын
Very true, that's why a huge lifestyle change is important for maintenance. Ozempic can help you lose weight even at low doses fyi, not just the "weightloss dose". Nausea is a common side effect of many medications. I personally have barely experienced it, everyone is different and should do what's right for them. I'm just sharing my personal journey 🫶🏻
