❤great stuff as always, well covered, and clear narrative, it looks great for rucksaks as the tx16s wont even fit in the larger radiomaster carry case, it closes on the gimbal sticks, unfortunately😢 ❤

How did you get the creality print app to recognize the camera, and how do you get your time lapses to look so good?

Nice review! For hands, I suggest a hand warmer muff. You need a bigger one so that the radio fits inside. There are actually muffs specifically made for drone pilots; they have a big screen to make Mavik pilots happy. They often also have a pocket inside for a chemical hand warmer.

Is there anyway to sort out the jerky throttle inputs? Is this the same as the 3010 or is it an updated version? Thanks

My first quad as well, sounds the same. I was told we shouldn't use the old motors with new fc boards. Change motors and props...

I just got the Mustang version of this (CA34), and find it very controllable in a drift with the drift wheels. Even without a gyro it’s easier to control than my Jiabaile 1/43 cars with gyro.

Remind me to never get on a boat with you. Man, you have got to be the unluckiest person alive! I never heard of anyone who had as much trouble with any Holy Stone drone, or had any trouble at all getting hold of them. I think all your luck is tied up in another brand, which of course was the entire point of this review. Here is my review: Holy Stone 175D drones are inexpensive quadcopters for the novice or occasional recreational flyer. They hover well, take pretty good pictures, don't deal with wind well, are tough when they crash, and are great for what they are designed for. I am a novice and occasional recreational flyer.

I can;t see but did you fold up the antenna? Other question are you near any high voltage power lines. Anything with strong power to interrupt the communications?

Maybe you need to review one that’s not defective or broken. You need to do better.

Came across few days ago a U-tuber purchased 6 SkyRC B6Neo like yours and the extractor fans failed to function on 5 pieces. Further the sets experienced over heating. So please be aware when you used them.

I’m having the same issue someone else mentioned. Once connected to the ExpressLRS access point, a captive wifi page comes up and leaving that page severs the connection to the remote. Would you explain how you set up the direct connection to the controller?
@measton7716 күн бұрын
As a side note: going to the second page labeled “Wifi” and selecting the 3rd or 4th options to continue using as AP allows me to stay connected and open the CurryKitten Sim, but it won’t recognize the controller when searching via the Wifi remote setting.
@measton7713 күн бұрын
Alright, I figured it out. Turns out I just had to update the firmware on my RM pocket to the newest version. To anyone else having trouble, watch "How To Update Firmware on Express LRS" by Flite Test Tech. This will let you connect any ELRS to Velocidrone as well. Great info!

Please try the spaghetti detection with a regular pc webcam (must be uvc capable like for example the Logitech C270). By the way, please try this cam also with any of your air units of OpenIPC. It is quite small, UVC capable and i can imagine having one running along the main camera can nicely provide a second perspective angle from above. As far as i am aware, the framerate of the creality nebula cam seems to be capable of only 5 to 10 FPS, but you could be able to proove this wrong,. Try testing this yourself and report your resulst back. You can also hook it up to your Android Tablet and check the framerate. The best UVC camera app for Android is in my view "nExt Camera". I have started building an OpenIPC solution myself, but it will take some more time until i get some missing parts delivered. Right now i am preparing the SBCs, i am using two Radxa Rock Pi 4b+ for my setup, as i got two boards with each having 2GB RAM and 16GB EMMC for a total of 45€. I am completing the setup with a yet to be delivered global shutter FullHD USB camera that is capable of 60/120FPS. The Radxa Rock 4B+ gets cooled by a quite hefty aluminium heatsink without FAN mounted below the SBC and i could in addition even connect one NVME m.2 SSD with up to 2TB on top. The weight is 49g (SBC only) and 165g (SBC with heatsink). Maybe i will remove the USB and Ethernet connectors from the board to save some weight in the end, but thats not yet decided for sure. I would love to read from you, soon.

I wonder why we need both 2.4 and 900 on a same rx for fixed wing flying? the antenna of 900mhz is too looooooong.For airplane under 1m wingspan ,the long antenna is not easy to fix on.

I have the HS175D. My first drone. Bought it just to chase the birds off my roof as they were shitting all over it. I had a really hard time figuring out how to get it to work, but once I did the only problem is it's a nuisance to go through the whole start-up routine and it takes FOREVER to get a GPS lock. But it did the job. The birds have found someplace else to roost. Now I just have to fly it once in a while when a stray bird or three show up. As a cheap bare-bones drone it's okay. Three stars out of five.

On my Air65 I had screen tearing, using a speedybee module on my HD0 goggles, BUT now using Skyzone 040 goggles, I do NOT see screen tearing on the SAME AIR65 or my new AIR75, I forgot all about it, till I saw this video...and just did a quick re-test....I test more when I get my HD0's back from repair...

I'd wondered about the VRX may be the culprit, but BeteaFPV eventually replaced the quad and the new one doesn't have the issue. May be a case of a small fault in the original that some VRX's can deal with, but others can't

10 months late, but never keep the filament mounted on top of a 3d printer. The extra wobble it causes from being so top heavy is not a good thing.
@CurryKitten23 күн бұрын
That's just the way many 3D printers are built. I don't really have the room to have something on the side. But I haven't had any dodgy prints caused by wobble wince. Although I have slowed it down (mostly because I'm printing in regular PLA instead of Hyper PLA)
