Now I own the third generation savage and that is the savage X4.6 and the very first version when that series was released. It never had a key series motor only an F series. The case series was found on the trophy truggy and usually cost a little bit more than the F series engine
@chriscraft25 сағат бұрын
there is a page out of an hpi manual that shows the savage X K4.6 I had to look at it to figure out the carb. I have a savage X with the F4.6 too. The sleeve was an HPI part. I am confused now
@ctpreddog14114 сағат бұрын
@@chriscraft2 yeah I like to know what version that was because mine didn’t come with that. Mine was a F series, but it looks like a K because it was a purple head but a little bit different from the one I’m seeing you have it was only a two speed needle.

I just got into these things. buying all I can . I bought a savage X 4.1( purple accent parts) / savage X K4.6(purple accent parts) / and a savage X F4.6 (orange accent parts) I have a video on them ( my hpi savage collection so far)

So back when I was a young teenager, this was my first nitro RC car. Those nitro powered Stampedes were really good at doing wheelies! Have you thought about making any videos about taking these RCs out for a drive? You've got a badass collection so far! 😎

I live in Houston, TX. It is too hot right now but when the weather cools I’m going to be doing videos on each model. Tuning and speed runs with a gps and trying to have as much fun with each car. I got into these because I’ve always wanted something to do in the summer. It is no fun for me working on real cars when it’s 100 degrees, but the rc cars are with a good fan

Just had to do this exact job on my house. Water company changed the meter and it messed up the old pipes on my side. Only difference is i had a cement slab about a foot wide and 4 inches deep to treverse. Plus, my landlord went with flex PVC. Not sure if It'll last. Ive been hearing negative reviews about it

could easily put a Spindown ISPRING wsp100 minimum at point of entry after your valve for access- Keeps the big grains of sand etc. ruining all things further inside. You can purge it every few months and be amazed. All filter after it will thank you.

For music that is bass prominent, you need a subwoofer thats around 100watt RMS or more. Not Peak power (marketing jargon), RMS power is the real power rating.

I have watched a million shed vids but this is the one I'm going with, so cheers for this. I like the way you do your base with the flashing etc. I have a 10x8 version of this type of shed to build. My ground is sloped down so the back end slabs will be stacked, but otherwise the foundation is the same. There's only one thing I'm doing different: I'm going to build a mini stud wall on top of the flashing, just a foot or so, so I can raise the roof of the shed (I think mine is even lower than yours). This will make a big step to get into the shed but at some point in the future I shall cut a section out of the doorstep, replace with a board and hinge it. Cut the metal floor perimieter and its door rail (sliding door) and attach to top of the hinged board so it all still works. Will need some good accuracy and fit to not impede the door action. A little awakward, but I think it's going to work. Certainly less awkward than having a stupidly low ceiling.

All the finished product turns out awesome even if you goof a little but , the rule of thumb is to cut and drill the clear body out completely for best results.
@ralphhowing34736 күн бұрын
When using your flat clear it is best to just remove the over spray plastic to use as mask, what I did was to get a surgical scalpel and cut with that, much cleaner cuts.

Grandma here has shed this same shed sitting in storage a few years. I read directions, played it out in my mind, separated all parts in order of installation, and yet never trusted myself. Also, it’s a real reality check when you open the box and realize the materials are razor blade sharp. I can’t see any reason for this. It’s a simple fix just to add one more machine process and add a 1/8” or 1/16” fold on the panels before stamping into shape. Anyhow, I didn’t have faith in myself to go it alone and I was not willing to ask anyone to put themselves in danger. After watching you explain, walk through the basics, bring attention to problems that we may face along with very clever problem solving to press on … well, hey, that baby going up this year!!! Thank you for helping me and so many others. The video process is as hard as the construction itself! You paid a price to bless many, and personally, I can’t thank you enough. You are a true blessing ♥️ and amazingly gifted in taking an overwhelming project and transforming it into something simple & do-able.
