Went with Hogue on two of them, then I noticed the skinny wooden grips were finally in stock so ordered a couple for the remaining two wheelguns. The "sound alikes" button stumped me for a while, but after looking up old manuals online for similar models I finally know how it works. The button only works on words that sound like other words, this is indicated with a "?" on the left in front of a word in a word list. For example type in "air", press enter, notice the question mark in front of the correctly spelled word "air". Now you can press the "sound alikes" button which lets you scroll though a list of words that sound like "air". (e'er, ere, err, heir) Other Franklin models have a button called "confusables" that is the same thing as the "sound alikes" button. Hope this helps somebody. :)

What you have there is actually the Pre Model 11. Model 11 was not designated until 1911. All prior mand are considered the Remington Automatic Shotgun. Same thing but you do not see the Remington logo on the receiver sides nor the Model 11 on the bolt until 1911. I have one from appx 1908. Look up Art's Gun Shop for reproduction parts.

The fans are on the pullys for the hydros. , its ( IMHO ) better than the commercial grade Mowers that have Electric fans. ( That go out ) the way Cub nade there fans. They cannot go out , there Apart of the pullies for the hydros !!! But they dont put down good stripes at all like the Better commercial grade Gravleys , and Hustlers , and Skags, and all the mowers that cost Over 7 grand , but for 4 grand , they are good Mowers , and Adjust ylur deck Heights about every 6 months , they get off center. 👍👍
