You’re correct, Crazy how fast 8 years ago bye. I hope one day De La salle will bring the open back home. Or the CIF can give us our nor cal open game like we had in 2012 and 2013 which we deserve.

I was there for 4 years then I got sent up north so I will say programs like this does help because everyday is miserable they just don't show it especially the ones that smile at you are the ones that are hurting the most

I played for Vista back in 1994 and our games against Rancho were so intense, every play, every loose ball. These highlights don't show any of that, what happened? Side note, we never lost to Rancho in my three years in Varsity!!!

high school football in SoCal is a business now..unlike up north where the left leaning parents are more focused on having the kids learn gender studies/critical race theory then playing football

@@thurmandias-martin5514 has to do with everything…the coaching, the infrastructure, camps, and the significant difference in talent between SoCal and liberal infested silicon valley/SF/ and most parts of east bay. Most kids up north don’t even play contact sports anymore. Unfortunately More focused on learning about gender studies and other leftist bullshit

@@ArryRedknappQPRNo. Mater dei pulls kids from All over LA, SD, Bay Area, and Central Valley. De la Salle pulls from the Eastbay and now they have to share with Serra. MD and Bosco recruits and to be honest Norcal football is more physical.
