No, I’d suggest using foam for feet bases or checking out daregularsauces spring trap tutorial! (I think he uses pink insulation foam for the supports, but be careful with that stuff)

Tip: something you could try is using the creases of the cardboard to make it look a little less boxy but still love every thing you did with this

Next time, don’t use cardboard as a base. It can get flimsy after a while and the moisture from breathing makes it mold. It’s as dangerous as real springlocks! 👍

I’d suggesting finding a model online, “unfolding” the pieces of the body, and making them into templates! I’m not exactly sure how to break the pieces down but I’m abt 99% there’s a way! Best of luck

As someone making a sping bon costume of my own, this was really useful, finished the head and had no idea how to do the body so I just skipped straight to the hands... but yea this was informative on how to make it, and looks awesome as well
