I grew up in Larchmont and it is lovely BUT it is expensive. house prices and taxes are astronomical. I love it and love to visit and could sit on a bench there for hours and be content but it is too expensive.

Interesting to see what's been done to the house. My parents built it in the 80s. There used to be a garage apartment there (where the Three Stooges' Moe Howard's son lived at one point.) I see the second story has been extended over the sun porch and towards the woods. The dining room is gone; is now a big living room... The sun porch is the same... The back yard very much changed, the front yard a little bit... (Do they still flood?) Most of the interior I don't recognize. I was last in it in the 1980s.

The reason behind this is your video is not SEO-friendly. you need SEO on your channel and every video and you will get tons of views By doing this your channel gets monetization. Too expensive. Also, it needs a makeover. Needs fresh light paint, new and modern light fixtures and new decor. Not bad but the prices are too high around this area.

well, that's a shame....never buy a home that backs to a golf course. you'll be spending your time outside dodging golf balls and barfing from the smell of urine, golfers are big drinkers on the course.
