Hm.... MK died? Did Wukong kill Mk on accident and now MK spirit haunts Wukong until his own final breath? Maybe Macaque had a suspicion which is why Wukong has to keep ingesting the pills to keep sanity?

Wait i have a theory. So this is what i took from the video and description: My theory is that sun wukong accidentally attacked mk (or thought mk was a demon and attacked him because of that) and that led him into a coma and no one knows when he'll wake up. Sun wukong wanted to deal with the huge amount of guilt and because of that He developed sleeping problems and pills were probably to help with that(?) but instead of actually helping him they make him hallucinate mk. Im guessing macaque plays some role in this or witnessing wukong declining sanity (guilt) or was the witness to the attack. Maybe the one to get mk to the hospital? (i know im probably wrong but still wanted to try!)

Taking a glimpse at the discription, it mentions thar wukong couldn't let him lose infront of the kid. So im guessing that MK was delivering and Wukong tagged along, and a demon attacked and was really strong. Perhaps Gin and Yin with a really strong artifact, or someone new. Some how the fight went south and monkey king was losing, the demon probably makes a remark like, if you dont stop, the people you care about will be hurt, or something, and monkey kings says something how he wont let that happen because he's rhe monkey king, but before the king could react, MK is hurt by the demon.

I think it's more that wukongs taking pills so he can hallucinate that MK was still awake, and Macaque hears and has to keep tabs on wukong so he stops, idk, that's the only way I can see macaque being involved somehow

I can really imagine that one of the reasons that Wukong said that they were "dangerous" was because every person he's met that were from there was actually pretty strong or powerful therefore making them dangerous if you somehow pissed them off, which I'm sure he most likely definitely did before.
