Does it come with coil splitting capabilities? That’s a must for me when it comes to the neck pickup.

How do you like the seymour duncan pickups, especially the bridge position JB-4....a lot of players say its too brittle and shrill in the upper midrange....what do you think ? Thanks ! Great demo, by the way -Cheers !

Hello there and thanks! I tend to like the harsh and powerful bridge pickup. I worked on the guitar with a friend and the Neck pickup is making an extra ground noise that shouldn’t be there so I haven’t used it a lot. I’ve been liking the bridge pickup so far. It is a loud pick up but not crazy loud. It has way more output than my Ibanez AZ with Dimarzio pickups so keep that in mind. Hope this helps in any way.

I would say it’s more glassy than quacky. A bit different than the strat but it sounds good.

Does that have the Gotoh tremolo, does it stay in tune?

I just got mine a week or so ago. It’s the best Floyd I’ve used. Better tuning stability than my fixed bridge guitars

Sorry, I called it a Floyd I should have said “trem”. It is a gotoh, they’re the best. I just tend to call those style of bridges “Floyd’s”

Satch when he plays you notice right away that it's incredibly much cleaner, notes are hit at the right moment with tons of techniques under the belt not over utilized and very melodic with notes that float harmoniously. What a player!!!

Hehe, that’s funny! I’m using the John Petrucci Neutral DSP plugin. You can create many tones with it so it’s nice to with.

was at King of Prussia PA Wentworth event but wasnt able to get to buy or see this type part. But what a dream to see somebody accompany the master. Guess he bought the guitar and I am happy seeing them jam so fluidly. Glad to see both enjoying the time together there! 👏👍

I didn’t buy the guitar but I got to get one of the arts he made. He let me borrow the guitar to play with him! Beautiful works of art. It was an awesome moment. Very grateful for it.

It was unexpected but really happy it happened! Those guitars are Joe’s art gallery guitars. He takes them apart and paints art on them. He does sell them on his art expos tho.
