Yup. This is a canoe. Notice the paddle & how much of his torso is above the boat. Impressive skills!

C-2is the most exciting of all to watch. Two people in one canoe.

Wow! These guys are good! For any non-paddlers, you are looking at C-1 boats - CANOES! Notice his paddle - one blade and a t-grip. Notice how they sit higher in the boat & use more of their torso in paddling. They are kneeling on a small seat & their heels are under their tushes. A kayaker uses a double bladed paddle and sits with legs extended into the boat.
