The cyclist should have moved but in this case pedestrian should have moved cos the cyclist had a dog on each side. I would be afraid to suddenly turn and injure my dog

I’m from NYC I’m not moving out the way for a dam cyclist when they know where fuck they should be cycling at. I’ve had my fair share of collision they are way to fucking cocky.

People on the right side of the road or sidewalk or bike path always have the right-away but this known fact is getting lost in todays new generation. Both could have avoided the situation but neither wanted to do that. But the main fault is who was on the left with the bike riding so fast that could have hurt the women who stopped. You made a conscience choice to keep going after you heard her say i'm not moving period..... Society has rules for just these reason, if you make a choice to ignore them than when stuff like this happens don't complain.

Honestly the chick on the bike had it coming. She was freight training towards her on the wrong side. She had time to turn, and if you're not in control of your bike/dogs then walk.

in the US, usually the bikes are supposed to move for pedestrians and cars are supposed to move fore pedestrians and bikers. in this case, the biker was being a little rude, but the walker could have moved a few steps

She's a pedestrian. She can just stand on the path if she wants, the cyclist is supposed to go around

@@jisezer It's easier for a pedestrian to move out of the way than for a bicyclist with 2 dogs. Common sense would say the pedestrian should move since she saw the bicyclist well ahead of time.

@@jisezer if there was an old lady I would have expected the bicyclist to move then. I'm not talking about law or whatever you are. I'm talking about common sense and morals. I don't think the lady should be walking dogs while on a bike, but my own morals and common sense told me the pov lady was the main one in the wrong. That's all.
