Beast, looks like a Railroad plough up front? Don't know why this popped up in my feed, but I live in the UK near to the City of Salisbury, which incidentally has a 900 year old Cathedral with the tallest spire in the country (just over 400 ft). How big is the town of Salisbury?

@trackhoe23 From what I’ve seen watching them up close, they have independent steering on each axle. It gives better maneuverability of the beast in tight situations and also allows optimum angle of attack against the snow load. But I have no idea how the operator controls the feature.

A little over 500 cubic inch motor? 1938 ish? It probably never pushed drifts very hard so the rear end still might be good. Well preserved for a good restoration.

I live in Wisconsin and we had an International similar looking to that years ago used by the township, it was painted orange and you could hear the chains clanking from half a mile away as it arrived, to rescue us from being snowbound .. we all called it the Orange Blossom Special, it usually arrived at night and it was loud coming up the driveway.
