Awesome! What a beautiful display you have. Love the Styrofoam tip. I have confidence in planting mine. ❤🌵

Actually, it looks like trichocereus pachanoi monstrose. I looked at the other ones, and they looked nothing like it.

Holy hell! Well I'll probably be up January, likely 2 days in a row and with a pocket full of cash and hopefully take a few off your hands.

I water until the top floods, then wait for a bit and do it a second, often third time. With the amount of cacti and situation I have, I go with a watering can and work my way across. Often the first will have soaked by the time the watering can is empty.

Looks like my uncle in the 70s. He died a few weeks ago in his late 60s.

I get about 5 PER YEAR. Got a huge Agave Americana patch. Cut one down with a reciprocating saw a few weeks ago

I hope you serve ACTUAL nopales there. I mean if you're going to use the prickly pear, lets see some genuine Mexican style nopales

I have heard from Americans about one crossed with something from south Australia. But when I think about it, early days of Queensland prickly pear was a weed and I have never heard of a specific Australian cactus. Makes you wonder how if we were originally connected to south America.

I THINK I have seeds of this. Something with similar flowers anyway

Good area for cacti up there. I might have to come up and have a look. I have over 80 cacti excluding about 150 dragonfruit and my mother is into cacti. I keep telling her about the golden barrel cacti and she's yet to see one. Especially not a GOOD SIZE one.

The word “beautiful” doesn’t come to mind when I think of cactus, but that’s how I would describe your garden
