Hello I’m just wondering How Grammas Doing After loosing her Chickens . My husband said it sounds like Weasel. We had some kill our Rabbits one time. Didn’t either one just killed them where they lay drank their blood moved on. I just feel so heartbreaking for grandma.

On the farm we had a windmill and a huge tank for the water to be saved. We had a huge peach and apple orchard. I miss all of those things! My grandchildren never will know how this all was. Some years ago the house was eaten up from termites so it was knocked down buried and burned up . There is nothing left out there but a dirt farm!

Daddy and mother milked several cows out in the barn! We separated the cream from the milk and made butter with the cream. Sold the butter in Lubbock at Furrs grocery store, there was a huge double chicken house where we gathered eggs, saved them in a 15 dozen container and sold them in Lubbock at Furrs too.

Danny has a kind and sweet personality. He is in a healing mode and his health is more important than anything or anyone right now. Hurting his feelings is not good for him. I saw his video and I felt so sorry for him. Maybe grandma needs to retire and enjoy herself at home and in her yard. It is obvious things are changing for her and she says she can’t remember. I am so sorry for Dan and grandma and you especially because you are a caretaker.
