Man that auto choke is a pain and I was having flooding problems each time I went to start it. I removed my vane and went back to a manual choke carb and bought a used bracket with the choke lever. I live in FL and it starts every pull now (never needs to be choked).

My ms250 was built in 2012 and the HIGH adjustment screw only has a 3/4 rotation for the entire adjustment. Amy ideas why I can't adjust it 1-1/2 turns out like you did in the video? Damaged carb maybe?

I don't see this model on the Stihl website any longer. Most likely, it was discontinued.

I run a small lawn mowing business and I've got issue with my 3 year old fs94 r it's been in the shop every spring and now this fall it's having issues again. My first fs94 lasted 5 years without a single issue. What Stihl has built in the last 3 years is just junk.

It took me a while to find a vid with a mower with this exact engine. it's the one my family had when I was a teen except it was a side eject deck. Someone put straight gas into it one day. Not me. Sad.

I don’t disassemble my reel lawn mower at all I use a round diamond, grinding stone back-and-forth on the blade no lubricant I us 220. 600 grit. back-and-forth on a blade it works. You be amazed.

Used to have one. Started on 2nd pull every time for 16 years. The deck rusted out though because I didn’t keep it clean and stored it under my house where humidity was always high

My craftsman is flooding. Have a shut off switch on the fuel line so it doesent. Was looking to see if the solenoid is bad. Still runs perfect so think its the needle in the carb. Just bought a new carb for it

I have that same mower and this might help me with an issue I am having; but would like you input. The mower cuts unevenly...one side lower than the other by 1/8th to 1/4th inch. I was thinking of removing the plastic front piece and seeing if I could adjust the right front wheel some on the connecting rod. Have you run across this before - or have any suggestions. I like the mower, but he quality of cut sucks. TIA.

Most problems it’s losing 12 volts I am going to ruin another wire

I had to research this from another video. Mine flashes 6 times so it most likely has 600hrs. It runs every day almost for a minimum of 6 hrs in my shop and it’s done pretty good

I have the FS94 and applied this info to remove its "rectangular" screen. I didn't have a blow torch, used a lighter and put the flat screen on the concrete floor and hit it softly with a hammer. It knocked all the carbon off. I could not see a thing through it at first but this method got about 99% off. The trimmer works now! Thanks so much for the profound sense of accomplishment I now feel.
