Weird, I've always wondered, why in the hell, does Kirk Franklin keeps changing his facial features. Now I see...... he's tryn a look like you!!!! This is really tripping me out Lerone. I see why you are agitated by these crazy ass demonic people. Why is he doing this.

This is what I hate about Diana Ross fans, y’all stay with this MJ and Janet looked similar to her narrative. MJ and Janet had cheekbones, and big doe eyes, just like Diana did. Mj at one point had the same skin tone Diana did, and they both have the same build……. no biggie. I don’t understand why you have to mentioned them on this video and what does MJ and Janet looking Similar” to her have to do with anything.

My Goodness!!!!!!!she is as clear as the record. A true singer. I love it and I love her. I was feeling her voice as always.
considering all the factors that are involved with a successful movie I honestly think Mariah would be a major miscast...1 Mahalia and gospel is not "artsy or trendy" the way Billie and jazz is or was, young white art pop kids have always kept jazz young and fresh....while gospel has its limitations in "mainstream pop culture" so the movie isn't being targeted to that demographic, it's targeted to gospel loving folk who still respect the legacy of Mahalia...that audience needs something a bit more authentic than artistic...2 Mariah all hail the legend, but at this stage in her career that movie would be suicide, Hollywood made it so that the public wouldn't watch a movie that she is the star principle character, supporting character yes, but lead, that just seems like a stretch of reality. Basically I don't think an aged legend like Mariah, who's career just got a third wind, is right to cast in a movie that is already a hard sell....JUST AN OPINION I love and respect all these ladies no shade at all....SIDEBAR there's a show called Gotham that has s lady that is Mahalia waiting to be filmed lol and she sings has done Broadway, she's not a big name, but she's seasoned and I think Mahalia audience would appreciate the authentic feel....her name is Tonya Pinkins here a link to her photos SHES MAHALIA vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/batman/images/2/27/Ethel_Peabody.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20160304203707&path-prefix=es

Diana Ross is the best female singer of all time I believe. Honestly since I started listening to her music especially the old Motown stuff I have never gotten tired of one song. Really the only music I've ever heard, that I can listen to over, and over, and never get bored. There is something about her, that is special and I really don't know what it is . I wonder if it is divine. She tops out at number one at everything she does whether it's acting or singing or simply expressing herself. This all comes from a 49 year old white male.

+Isaac Ortiz Its not about being the best singer of all, for one she is one of the few singers I've seen live a million times that sounds better live than on record, second her live shows especially when she was young, were such spectacles, In one she comes out of a screen, In another she comes out in a white gown that becomes movie screen showing clips of her and third her very stage prescense so transfixes you that you stand there in a lightning storm in central park watching her dropping wet and still singing making sure her audience gets out safely before she does at which point they basically have to drag her off so she does'n get electrocuted. So you dont have to be a great singer, you just need that special something which has in spades!!!

@patrick field Although I am not as old as you, you are correct. She has one of the best voices I have heard. She evokes emotion without having to over-work or alter a song like so many other R&B singers. Her control is very good as well. You have to remember that you are dealing with a generation of folks who believe loudest is best; but when one is singing correctly, you won’t be as loud. Her perfect pitch, tone, emotions and phrasing makes her premier in adult contemporary ballads. I have not heard one person that has sung her songs and sound better than she. That’s from Aretha, Patti, Gladys, Mariah, Whitney and Jennifer Holiday. Nevertheless, she is the most versatile female singer. I did not mention Beyonce because I don’t think she has that quality voice nor interpretative ability to produce an epic piece other than body-shaking material.

wow, I mean wow. think about that. Just sitting there and totally impromptu picked up that microphone and delivers what has to be the BEST live performance I ever heard considering it was not a planned and rehearsed song, wow. what pro
@hardren1018 жыл бұрын
impromptu?...no legendary vocalist wld ever accept an invitation to sing impromptu...EVER!!!any proffesional vocalist understands u can not just open ur mouth and sing a note....before any vocalist sings...they go through a routine...starts with hot tea n lemon to loosen up the cords n then they do vocal exercises to further loosen them up. this most def discussed with diana in advance of her appearance..they started off talking about songs with love in it...then oprah starts off singing my endless love n then turns to diana n says you do it...and diana does not sing my endless love but..its myturn.....diana hates,hates,hates...to rehearse and tours with the same musical director for 35 yrs because of this... a vocalist of her caliber might not rehearse but at the bare minimum there was a sound check done...but that can be accomplished by hern musical director or any her musical director trust..diana is old hat so that person is the least of their concerns...oprah was very supportive of diana during the run of her show so diana wld go out of her way to accommodate her
