Nice to see Danny and get an update. Sounds like he is finally finding a good quality of life, and it's great to see him positive and upbeat. Your honesty is refreshing and it will always help people seeking answers. God Bless you, brother!

Box breathing! Deep breath for count of four, hold for four, exhale for four, hold for four - start over! I do this all the time!! And to ensure you are taking a nice deep breath put your hand on your tummy and fill it up first and then your chest. It works! I'll try the ice pack! ❤

You definitely don’t get addicted when your life is going well. Addiction happens when there is an emptiness within. True boredom and loneliness even drives rat to be addicted. Most people live shallow and meaningless lives, so naturally they are miserable. Food addiction, sex, violence, drugs and screen addiction are the beginning of where people seem to be filling the void. I didn’t snort lines because I tried coke once. I faced lines because feeling anything other than “normal” was a must. Started with food, self harm, cigs and led to drugs. Happy to say I’m no longer an addict for almost 2 years now. I healed myself through writing, true friendship and constant self care. Anyone can do! 2 years and since the day I quit, I haven’t Gina a day without craving, but, the cravings mean nothing to me. To truly make a decision, one can be free!

You can become addicted at any point in your life.
@lucasasselmeier7825
@lucasasselmeier7825 6 күн бұрын
@@ArtThouGardener any one can. I’m aware of the extremes, which is why I make decisions everyday. If I were to let my body make decisions, I’d probably be dead. This is why I give use to my hippocampus, to reorganize my memories each day. Clear the garden to plant new seeds so to speak. I don’t live in fear of what can go wrong, as that leads to more going wrong. I simply try to pull the weeds as they come, and plant new flowers or fruit. I love that I have the power to make decisions! It’s a beautiful gift. Being an addict was a time in my life I learned a lot about myself and others. It was an important part of my story but a chapter I choose to put behind me. I still draw from the lessons and learn new things as time passes. I focus on prosperity naturally because I know that I don’t want anything else. If I say that I am sick, with a healthy body, I will eventually get sick. Even just the power of the subconscious will align with these words. I choose to empower myself with my word, and let go of past identities and labels that others deemed for me. Only one who can really know you is yourself :)

@@catfishhunter6828 everything does, if things were black and white there would be no variation to existence. Complexity is born from these little nuances. Everything has a on or off so to speak, and it changes relative to what it’s compared to. An ice cube is cold compared to boiling water, but an ice cube is also hot compared to space. It’s understanding how the objective and subjective are interconnected and present so much variation in experience. Everyone is right, by their own experience. And everyone is also wrong, because of our own experiences. At least, that’s how I see it

Life is so damn hard. Hints that there will be relief, beyond our imagination, gives me hope. My sister had a bilateral mastectomy earlier this year. She's recovering and doing well, although I suspect its an unimaginable lost, that I can't imagine as her brother. She said to me, shes not her breasts. It has increased respect and admiration for supposedly the weaker sex. Women are warriors and beautiful however the packaging. May your future life explode in happiness and joy.

When I was a kid I liked you in the Partridge Family, and as an adult I thought you were a douche bag and I must apologize for that. You see, like so many people I confused your role for who you are as a person in real life. I felt disappointed in your choices and your lifestyle because of who you played in a TV show. Just like so many others, I thought how could you be a role model to millions and then do the things you've done??? But I never took into consideration what you were going through in your life. I never thought that actors are just regular people with a good paying job until I worked production for a studios I will not name. I've seen first hand how shitty being an actor can be. You take a lot of crap and abuse from directors and producers as well as writers because you have to be the embodiment of someone else's vision. It is sad and shameful for such an industry that is intended to bring joy and entertainmm to the world. You're truly a good guy Danny, and I am sincerely sorry for all the things I've ever said about you that you've never heard or read.
