Thank you for this video. I was incessantly bullied all three years of middle school. I had gotten good grades prior, but they soon plummeted once I started middle school. My grades were so bad, I wasn’t able to finish high school. I thought I was just stupid for over three decades until I learned how bullying affects the developing brain. This video demonstrates in perfect detail how bullying changes the brain. Thanks again.

I am so amazed to know that there is something like Good stress... now I know it's my good stress that always helps me to prepare myself for any presentation or exam earlier rather than doing it at the last moment🙂

How can I help my Son that has Autism. He just turned 17 years old & Pre-Covid19, he was a happy kid. Now he’s been isolated since March 2020. He is sad & at times angry. Remote learning isn’t working but due to health issues I can’t send him to school. I’m scared & worried for him. I live in Toronto & there’s No Support.

Love your videos, like being a part of a conversation, not reading off of slides, short, concise, plain straight forward English, easily understood.

🇨🇦 very good advice, the most important thing we should do is to play with our children. Enjoy the little moments😊
