EXCELLENT RECIPE. Just made it tonight. Added some cut up chicken for some protein. While I didn't have any Ricotta cheese I did have some Brie. We both like the Panko "crunch" and topped them off with that. Your suggestion for a wine was excellent, however, I had a bottle of Barbera that also went well with the portabello mushrooms and your mixture. I subscribed to your site and look forward to more creative recipes.

Too bad his recipes all disappeared with his website. Guess he should have done like others and put the recipe in the notes of each video instead of a link to his dead website. Also, kind of crude having a pornographic statue in his video and having camera angle jump to where it not even looking at him, just the porn statue. Bet there would be major complaints if it had been a statue showing female genitals without pubic hair.
