I am only 47 and Dm2. I had the tkr surgery 7 days ago. Swolen and painful. I proceed my exercise at home too. This surgery is more painful than my 3 times caesarian and one achilles ruptured surgery. My knee is already worn out and having deformity. Regards from Doha Qatar. Stay healthy, dear.

I have 4 finger diastasis recti,I gave birth 3 months ago,it was a c section and I look like I am still pregnant,how long will my 4 finger diastasis recti heal? I am doing a 10 minute exercise everyday

Hi congrats on the birth of your baby you need to exercise, check posture and look at your nutrition ensuring you are eating enough protein. You should also look at our Birth2FitMum program online at Pregnancyexercise.co.nz. Ensure you are also connecting correctly your core muscles, will maybe take 3-5 months :-)

I’m currently 12 days post-op and was interested to see that you had exactly the same issue with thigh pain and not being able to lift your leg as I’ve had. It’s improving slowly now though. Just wish I could sleep! 🤦♀️😂

2 weeks postpartum and these headaches are no fun. I don’t normally get headaches so I’m trying not to worry. Dr said it’s just stress and maybe I need an adjustment but if it gets worse or continues a long time I may need further evaluation. I’m going to try these tips Thank you for this!

So good to see your latest updates. It's great to see someone else banging on about the importance of thinking about every step you take for the first few months after surgery. I've had my second knee done now (July). My knees are both amazing, I just need to get everything else to work now (don't get me started on how excruciating it is to walk on feet that are no longer over compensating for terrible knees). I am so sorry to hear about your mums passing. Sending big hugs. Xx

Did the first two exercises in the video. Third exercise didn't feel good so I skipped it. Also did spinning babies “Big Turning Day” baby repositioning routine and was mindful of my posture. Baby flipped from transverse at 36+5 to head down one week later. Though I feel she flipped the first day I started doing these exercises, but I can't be sure. Good luck everyone 😊

My first baby was a normal delivery. My second baby suddenly moved to transverse position on 39 Weeks 1 day. We immediately found this video and performed the exercises exactly the way you explained in the night. Performed USG next day morning, baby moved back to cephalic position overnight. Even our obstetrician was awestruck by the results of this. We had normal delivery on 39 weeks 4 days. Thank you so so much ❤

Hi I really loved this video! I had to have a total knee revision and I am 8 months out and dealing with a lot of crunching! Sometimes this crunching is a bit painful! It is only doing it when I go from bender knee to straight leg. I am thinking it must be more scar tissue. Should this massage help out even though it's been 8 months?
@FitMumsChannel4 ай бұрын
Thank you, I would check with your physio surgeon first, but you can still help the scar tissue many months after

At 34 weeks my baby was in breech position. Doctor suggested us for c-section bcuz there is no space for baby to move... Then while searching abt breech position on youtube i came across ur video.. I did this exercise 30 min daily for one week... At 35th week i went to hospital and found that baby head is downwards.. Thank you for making this video ❤
