Refurbished import of medical devices should be banned as it's efficacy reduces for patient treatment and increases the electronic scrap in country which is very hazardous for the people of country.

Govt should abolish the CDSCO licensing as by introducing such a law the medical devices industry is going into the hands of few rich. It's destroying the opportunities to new entrepreneurs and clients .

Frankly speaking finance ministry has been neglecting the healthcare sector for years and no wonder same thing happened in 2024 -25. No proper representation by Healthcare sector.
