Fuck, what does this guy have on Tom Brady? It's the only explanation how someone so unqualified and borderline scammer, is training one of the best athletes walking the earth.

I don’t get using plant based milks; they have no protein in them. Fairlife milk, twice the protein, half the sugar. I add whey protein powder, Fage Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit. 50 grams of protein and yum!

As a Steelers fan since I was a kid back in the '70s and, we all know why, a guy Tom has broken the heart of many times I've got to say I've respected Brady as much as I can respect someone. I love the way he approached the game similar to how I respected Pete Rose. These are guys who were singular in their respective sports with a passion, dedication and love for the game that was simply on a higher level than anyone else who ever stepped on the field with them. I'm 59 now with some minor health issues and I'm at the beginning of the process of diving into the TB12 method, deconstructing it and applying a lot of it to my life along with some other health and nutrition strategies. I'll end with this. Tom gets called the greatest of all time probably every day of his life. I don't agree with Brady being the "greatest of all time". I think time will prove that Tom Brady was the greatest quarterback that ever will be. Congrats, Tom, and thanks for all the great football you gave us over the years...except the times when you beat Pittsburgh!

You probably could use a vibrating muscle gun instead of the roller? No?

I am from NewZealand where football is not a popular sport...I slowly began watching football and found out about Tom Brady and his "goat" status in the sport... but tbh I see Tom as my life coach not a football player. I wish I knew these things about my body a long time ago haha love the positive content keep it up!!❤😂

i remember hearing sometime ago, that flax seeds are not good for men. It drastically reduces a mans mojo (fluid) its way better for women (has estrogens) then men. Substitute Beet powder for ground flax seeds instead. Also, try a good tasting coconut milk, not almond. As you age, it's easier to digest/metabolize: this is the reason why... and lastly go for A2 milk. Finally, to top it off, butter is good for a healthy fat, choose the fancy french kind for cooks. Happy smoothie!

Ok if he was promoting a TB12 protein powder I would get that it’s a commercial but the bottle was turned around so this was nothing more than an ex athlete making a damn protein shake 😂

If your training for explosiveness and strength like someone would in football then not using any weights and mainly focusing on bands would never produce the muscle required to actually participate in football

Why are you people so obsessed with core? Why do you fixate on one body part? That is equally as dumb as people who only care about their glutes, biceps, or any other single body part. Any sport is about coordinating your body and focusing your mind -- that is what makes sports beautiful and noble endeavors. You could just as easy fixate on forearms or anything else because every part of your body plays an important role in athletic performance.
