Vi chiederei di fare un tutorial per fare un cavallino ai ferri nel nostro stile Waldorf per favore. Non c' è nulla su KZbin a parte un video intraducibile. Vi sarei immensamente grata anche a nome delle mie famiglie
@LivingHandMade2 жыл бұрын

where do you order your supplies? How do you order your wool?What is this specific wool called?
@LivingHandMade3 жыл бұрын
Hello Kimberly, it dipends in which country you live. If there is a waldorf school near your place i'm sure they can sell it to you or recommend where to buy. If you can't do it on-line you can find lots of on-line shops. You can find the product just digiting "merino wool for felting" ... hope you can find it. 😊 be safe

Is this just a straightforward garter/knit stitch? What size needles would you recommend? Thanks
@LivingHandMade3 жыл бұрын
Yes, it is a straightforward knit stitch. The size depends on the wool, I've done the one in the video with number two EU sizes (I know there are different types of mesurament in the world). Thanks for watching and asking 😀 be safe

Thanks for the video. I don’t even know there’s such a simple way to make doll for kids. I think the length should be 36cm, is that right . And we start by casting on 30 sts
@LivingHandMade3 жыл бұрын
Thank to You for watching. I casted on 30 stitches, then I knitted 30 rows plain (15 ridges) in light blue wool. Then I knitted 8 rows plain in dark blue wool, 24 rows plain in light blue, 8 rows plain in dark blue wool and finally 30 rows in light blue wool. I made a mistake in the video ... You are right it will be 36 cm in total. I hope it helps to have the specific rows too. Have a good one :)

The merino wool you mention, does it come that way? Or you have to make it look like that and spread out the fibres?

The merino wool I use it comes that way ... You can buy it online or at some Waldorf school or in some craft shops. If you live in Europe I can suggest you some websites :)

thanks but how do you make the gnome hat?
@LivingHandMade4 жыл бұрын
Hi, thank for asking that ... I forgot to to put that in the video. You have to cast 20 stitches and make 8 rows (I made 4 only plain - obverse - and 4 obverse and reverse) after that, in each subsequent row, knit the first two stitches together until the stitches are finished. Hope it will help ... let me know! Stay safe!
@SimpleLife3333 жыл бұрын
@@LivingHandMade you lost me after 8 rows lol..
@LivingHandMade3 жыл бұрын
@@SimpleLife333 After the 8 rows you have to stitch together the two first stitches every row until you'll will finish the stitches ... You will have two stitches less every row you'll knit, so from 20 stitches you will have only one, in this way you can make the triangle shape. Hope that's helps more.
