What are you doing for the winter with your pepper I don’t leave mine outside I put them inside what do you do?
@SC5155 ай бұрын
@@CourageJDKrl we have a small shed in the back. I place the plants in there and just water um a few time, the leaves will fall off and plant may look bad, but the roots are what I keep alive. They obviously can’t freeze 🥶 so that’s how I’ve been able to keep um. I’ve got several that come up in the ground every year but not the same plant. I’m going on 14 years with the same plants and I end up giving some away. Cool gift. Small pepper with a punch.

They get a lot bigger than I thought. I'm growing 3 of them. Looking forward to seeing how they taste. Nice plants!
@SC5159 ай бұрын
@ReapingTheHarvest you will love the flavor of these peppers. If you can, try fermenting a jar. Wow. This year’s harvest I was amazed at the 17 cups from my plants. Where are you growing? These plants like a lot of fish emulsion and just seem to be a very strong plant.

Grown in ground they can get up to 8 feet and over time turn into a large bush.

@LuthenGuerrera thanks for the tip! Kinda funny, my wife likes um to and she has several in the ground this year. Our first year of trying it here in South Carolina. Full sun. Cool how you just mentioned this topic. Now they will grow better.

@SC5152 жыл бұрын
@danielhouse So in that video at 009 take a screenshot of that. I used a cut 18”x18” and 2x2” cut and sand and glue. I made several. 22 dollars for 2 lot of time cutting and sanding but Wow. There’s a QRD calculator out there if you are having trouble with certain frequencies.

Lots of Fish emulation and good drainage. I got right at 8lbs last year. I do have to build this bird net cages and keep an eye out for the green horned cata pillow that will eat them in one night. That’s usually around September, they get my tomatoes also. Post some videos of yours this year, I would like to see um

That's lovely but these are called chiltepin chilis. The pequins are oblong like a chihuahua fang. Loads of people get these 2 confused. The tepins are smoother and more uniformly rounded mostly for heat. While the pequins are longer and more for flavor.
