You have shown up in my life at a time when I am working with a Counselor addressing my childhood. For the first time, I have been honest with myself and called it like it really was, being honest with myself about my family dynamics. I, too, hid myself in my room and created my world. I was very creative, writing poetry, songs, singing, dancing, and making fashion out of various pieces and accessories all through my school years. I was so afraid and unsafe as the youngest of 4 girls. Fast forward, I am facing the darkness and healing of my inner child. There is so much more I can say of my story, but I see this allows me to start a journaling of my inner child shadow work. Thank you for sharing your lifes journey to "Thriving." I'm on my way.......
