Used it all cars, Toyota, Suburu, even a twin turbo 3.5L F150 Lariat for several yrs. Have mechanic friends that only use it. Best quality oil for the price. I seen multiple real world testing of this oil compared to other oils. Used mobil 1 for decades, no difference, just pay a lot less for Costco brand made by Warren Industries. I'm gonna try Penzoil Ultra Platinum for next oil change but only because I got a good deal 6 qts for $30, amazon special. Suppose to clean engine and is used in high hp Dodge vehicles.

I just put that same tire on my 2005 GL1800. The old CT lasted 3 years. I ride aggressive and redline often.

He is right about the GL1500! I have a 99' GL1500 SE with 30K on it and in pristine condition. I have had it for 6 years and it is reliable, dependable, strong, and performs the same as the day I got it! It is a heavyweight - sticks to the road and hugs the curves tight. The only thing it is missing is all the modern technology. I took notice right away that the front fairing on the new Gold Wing was borrowed directly from the GL1500.

This might be a little off topic but, i ride year-round and live in the Atlanta area. I am looking for a good rain suit that i dont have to remove my shoes to put on, and that will keep me dry. Any ideas? And is that windshield an F4 customs windshield that you have?

Chris- is the cardo a far better than the Sena especially the sena that is included in the Shoe neotec 3, just confused, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
@chriscaliente50334 күн бұрын
I started out using Sena headsets until I switched to Cardo, when it comes to biker to biker helmet communications the Cardo is better hands down!

Folks, go to the website and use their written instructions..they have torque spec’s and suggest thread locker “blue loctite” (get the one that is rated for oil tolerance, just in case). Watching videos without all the spec’s make me cringe….not sure if the info was available to chris at the time, good supplement, but read their instructions for a DI info..

Picture this, you're riding on your own in the countryside with no other traffic, miles from anywhere, and you come off your bike. You are lying in a ditch with serious injuries, your bike is two hundred yards up the street, and you can't even crawl out of the ditch. As your life slowly ebbs away, I'll wager that you wish you had kept your phone in your pocket and not in a cradle on your bike.😂😂

Good morning definitely a "con" for my 2023 Goldwing dct tour . I now use a simple "wrap-it" storage Velcro strap on the front brake lever instead of the parking brake. A "pro" on the Glodwing is the fantasic front brakes . Now I have no more worries simple solution to an annoying problem .
