How to draw iso cost line if total cost is not given , for instance: If k =15 units ,L= 20 units ,wage rate = $120 ,cost of capital ( r )=$ 200 per unit then what will be iso-cost and how will it look in a figure , so here iso-cost will be 5400 but how to show it in figure

You can find the equation for a line if you know the slope and one point on the line (or if you know two points). This is analytical geometry topic

10:34 wrong, there is a decreasing slope and decrease in opportunity cost. you have to give up decreasing units of c each time u want to increase L with same units.
