Amen! We all come to a time in our life when we wonder if God is still using us or worse yet needs us! We allow our faith to soften to a point where we don't give it the attention that it needs. We allow our carnal life to become more active and are drawn away from our spiritual life. This is a wish come true for Satan. If we begin to view our attention towards earthly distractions, Satan can begin to cast doubts on our faith. It becomes a time of indifference toward our faith and it's purpose in our life. Yes, we might still believe in God, but are we giving our creator His due worth of our life. God always needs us. Examine your life closely and you will see His presence in it. He may not have dropped a million dollars on your front porch, but He has enriched your life in many other ways. God's love and His compassion for His children enriches our lives in ways that are beyond belief, but to appreciate them, one must allow his spiritual connection with God to always be open. If you take a close look at Matthew 6:9-13, we can see the reverence we should always have towards God as our provider and deliverer of everything that we need in our life. Simplicity is the key here! GOD knows what we need! We don't have to offer up our ridiculous carnal prayers of what we DESIRE of Him! He knows! What we need to do is show Him our love and desire to serve His will, in other words our trust and faith in His ability to provide! God wants our relationship to be kind of like that old saying, "SHOW ME". Show me your faith, trust, and love in serving me, and I will reward you with a gift more valuable than anything on earth, eternal life! In the meantime, I will be with you, protect you, and care for you my child. This is the word of truth that is in every chapter of the Bible. This is also the most difficult part of our faith. We are no different than the Israelites. We can not focus on this truth long enough to bear fruit. It kind of gets lost between, serving the Lord and eternal life. One day it will bear fruit when the King of Kings returns to reconcile our account with Him. Until then, we must cling to our faith and the spiritual connection it has with Him. 🙏💖🕊🕊🕊
