Hi Tisa. Were you still in China when you bought property 1 ? Did you go to South Africa for documents signing or were they couriered to you?

Yes I was, both were bought while I was in China. I signed the documents at the embassy in Beijing, I printed them and traveled to the embassy to sign in front of a consular who also stamped and signed each page, I then couriered those documents to South Africa.

Good insights but can you be specific to your journey...you are generalizing a lot. Eg, tell us what your interest rate was..was was you capital debt...what was your saving strategy..how much were u putting aside..how much u make roughly..what specific space did you take to get tenants..did you do any renos..you are telling us your story..not general knowledge...

Now that I’m older my hair & scalp get dry & itchy. I don’t have dandruff, just VERY itchy scalp.. I know it’s lacking moisture so… I’m hoping this method works.
