Hello I’m looking to get mine I stay in California do I need a motorcycle license to use this, or can I use my drivers license?
@saojwb11 ай бұрын
check the laws in your state but most states require a m endorsement or license for anything over 49cc, the Navi is 109cc

Is it worth changing the shock absorber according to your experience? And what differences do you feel with the new one?

Yeah right

I'm 41 years old and thinking about getting one. Had a Honda Helix before...not a good experience. It was way too tall and too heavy for me to be able to have good control of it. I'm super excited about how budget friendly and small/controllable it is for this short king! I'm only 5'4", and like you I don't really like the high speeds on a bike. Your video here was extremely helpful for me to know what I'm going to be getting into when I buy mine in a couple months. Thank you so much, Thornrayne!

I'll be 41 is September and this bike should be a perfect fit for you. I feel a little big on it but it's not terrible. You can also get a ruckus rear shock to switch out with the stock navi shock and it will lower the Navi a few inches, my sister did that on her navi.

@@Thornrayne Thanks! I'll keep that in mind.

im concerned about the ride height, can drivers see me ?
@Thornrayne Жыл бұрын
So far I feel pretty visible to other drivers as far as height goes, I am like 5'10 and when I'm sitting next to a car at the light my helmet is a little over the door of the car. But always stay vigilant just because people can see us on them doesn't mean they do, I trust my self when riding more then anyone else on the riad

Pretty similar to my experience. Riding home from the dealership was a terrifying experience. 40 felt like warp speed. Every breeze and bump felt like i was going to sail off the bike. I almost needed to change my pants the first time I rode on grooved pavement. Now that I've got 350 miles down I am starting to gain confidence in the Navi. Such a fun little city bike!

sweet loved your tips and advice on these, def feel more confident on getting one, did you need to have a motorcycle license to buy one of these?
@blackwatchreport4355 Жыл бұрын
In ohio you do need a license, but can ride on temps with restrictions. Currently on my temps as I learn riding.
@TotemoGaijin Жыл бұрын
Some places you might, but most places let you buy them without a license, but you only get so much time to register it, and to do that you need it insured, and you can be pretty limited on who'll insure you without you having either a permit or the endorsement. Though I got mine setup with Progressive without any trouble without it.

I also watched videos from literally every single person you mentioned. Have never had a motorcycle, scooter, etc. I figure it’s great to start on, and am currently saving for one. I’m in my early 30’s and this has me super excited as a new venture/hobby in my life. Not to mention I’m attending grad school soon, and it’ll be awesome for transportation to and from the campus. Thanks for the video man!

40 years old here lol I'm an old man. This is my first motorcycle/scooter ever. Midlife crisis much? I used to ride dirt bike when I was in my teens but that was over 20 years ago. The $1807 price tag is super nice, paid 2470 out the door with taxes and fees so it's a great starting point to learn with.
