For Steak🔹️ sliced cauliflower Chilli powder salt pepper Olive oil Mix the powders and salt with olive oil Take the chilli powder and pepper upon your spice tolerance. Dip the cauliflower to this and keep this for some minutes For the hummus🔹️ Boiled chickpea 1 cup Tahini 1tbspn salt pepper Lemon juice Garlic 2pods Olive oil ice cube or water from boiling chickpea Add the ingredients to blender and add olive oil gradually until its smooth. Coriander Dressing 🔹️ finely chopped coriander leaves Green chilli vinegar salt Olive oil Add a tsp of vinegar and 1 tbsp of olive oil to the coriander and green chilli and mix it all Now let's start cooking🔹️ Heat oil in a pan, add the Cauliflower steak to that cook until both sides are done. Chicken Makhani Handi Recipe👇🏼 Chicken 500gm Tomato 2 Onion 2 Green chilli 3 -4 Ginger Garlic paste Salt Pepper Kashmiri chilli Cumin powder 1/2tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Kasuri methi Garam Masala Fresh cream 5spoon Cardamom 3 Cloves 3 Butter 🔹Marinate the chicken with salt pepper and ginger a spoon of garlic paste and keep it aside for 30min. 🔹To a pan add roughly chopped tomato green chilli half a spoon of ginger garlic paste cardamom and cloves and salt . Add 200ml water and let it boil . 🔹Once it starts boiling gently mash the tomatoes and let it boil for some more minutes in simmer . Once done strain the juice and keep it . 🔹Now to the same pan add some butter and add the strained juice to this add Kashmiri chilli powder fresh cream and kasuri methi and let it cook in simmer for some minutes. To cook rice Jeerakasala rice 2 cups Bay leaf Cinnamon Cardamom Cloves If you are cooking in pressure cooker 3 cups water boil it with spices add rice and cook for 1 whistle If cooking on open pot take more water and boil it as same and add rice and strain and remove once ready Fry Onion cashew and raisins to garnish Marinate chicken Chicken 8 pieces Chilli powder 2tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Salt Lemon juice Fry the chicken To the same oil add Onions 3 to 4 Ginger garlic and green chilli crushed / seperate Sautee well and add Tomato 1 Once tomato is cooked add Chilli powder 1tsp Turmeric 1/4tsp Coriander 1/2 tsp Garam masala / biriyani masala 3/4tsp Coriander leaves 1cup Mint leaves 1/2 cup Yoghurt 1tbspn Mix everything well and add chicken and cover and cook for 3min To another pot add ghee Take half of chicken masala and layer it Take half of cooked rice and later above that Add fry onions cashes raisins Add ghee and 1/4tsp garam masala Repeat for the second layer also Cover with aluminium foil and close it and keep on the lowest flame for 15min Fried chicken dum biriyani is READY!!

Frozen mango Frozen banana (The quantity of mango should be more than banana) Coconut milk/ regular milk or any plant based milk 1/2 to 3/4 cup on the quantity of fruit Saffron (optional ) Honey (optional ) Blend it to smooth texture Transfer to stprage box add the choice of toppings i chose almonds nd pista Cling wrap it and close it and feeeze it The next day it will be ready you can have it like that If you find it harder to scoop, keep it in the lower part of the fridge for 20 to 30 min it will be done To make the texture more smooth and soft, blend the ice cream once more Now, it will have the texture of soft serve Enjoy it and freeze the remaining for later

RECIPE 👇 Flour 2 cups Sugar 1 cup ( i used brown sugar) Baking powder 2 tspn Salt 1/4 tsp Mix it well and keep it aside Oil 1/3 cup Milk 1/2 cup Vanilla essence 1tsp Eggs 2 Beat it nicely and keep it aside Blueberry 1nd half to 2 cups Coat it with a spn of flour Mix the dry and wet ingredients well if you feel too tight add 2 spns of milk if needed. Now toss the blueberries in and fold it well Preheat oven to 190° Add the batter to muffin tray. Fill only upto half and make sure each scoop has blueberries on that . Bake it at 190° for 20 to 25min

Simple Chicken Thoran RECIPE 👇 Ingredients Chicken 400 to 500gm cut into small cubes Onion 1 Shallots 10 Green chilli Dry red chilli Curry leaves Coriander leaves Coconut 3/4 cup Turmeric powder 1/2 spn Chilli powder 1 tbsn Garam Masala 1 spn Chicken Masala 1/2 spn Fennel 1/2 spn Cumin 1/4 spn Ginger small piece Garlic 5 to 6 Pepper powder Mustard Coconut oil Marinate the chicken with turmeric chillipowder and salt and keep it in the fridge for some time . Then, fry the chicken pieces in coconut oil and keep it aside . To a mixer, add coconut shallots greenchilli fennel cumin ginger garlic turmeric chilli powder salt and just pulse it a couple of times dont make a paste, we just need to crush the mix . To a pan, add coconut oil and temper mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dry red chilli . Add onion and sautee well . Now add the fried chicken . Instant Unniappam RECIPE 👇 Jaggery 1 nd 1/4 cup Water 1/2 cup Boil this and let the jaggery melt completely 1 small, well ripened banana 1 spn sugar Mash it in mixer Rice flour 1 cup Wheat flour 1/2 cup All purpose flour 1/2 cup Rava/Sooji 1 nd 1/2 tbsp Salt a pinch Add the hot melted jaggery mix Pich of baking soda Mashed banana Mix it well, and add water gradually to get the consistency It shouldn't be too watery or too thick A smooth, flowy consistency is what we need Heat oil and ghee in the unniappam pan drop the batter and fry both sides until golden brown IT'S READY!!

RECIPE 👇 Ingredients 2 cups basmati rice washed and soaked for 20 minutes Oil Ghee Bay leaf Cinnamon Cardamom Clove Onion 1 big Green chilli Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Mint leaves 1/2 cup Coriander leaves a handful Turmeric 1/2 tsp Kasmiri Chilli powder 1 and 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Biriyani masala 2 tsp Yoghurt 2 tbsp Water 3 cups Salt To a cooker, add oil and ghee , add the whole spices, and let the aroma come Add onions and let it become translucent Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste Sautee for 2 to 3 minutes Add the masalas one by one and cook it for 3 to 5 min Now add yoghurt and mix well Add water and let it boil Add salt Strained basmati rice Pressure cook it on high flame for 1 whistle Then remove from the heat and let the pressure settle Now open Biriyani Rice is READY!!!
