Andre is clearly NOT the one with the problem in this episode. In fact, he presented the exact same scenario as the second realtor. The sellers outright refused to consider his professional advice. Andre even went above and beyond and provided feedback from potential buyers. The manner in which Andrew spoke to Andre and put pressure on him, after mentioning that Andre was young, shows that he attempted to intimidate Andre. Andre was right to drop them! The seller, Andrew is pompous and arrogant and it's hard to believe that he is any kind of attorney with his idiotic reasoning. If he would've put that same energy into researching the actual value of his property, he might have made better choices. He made the decision to put $100,000 into a property he still had a mortgage on, before finding out if the amount of upgrades would be consistent with the appreciation of the property. He made the decision to move prior to selling the property. It is obvious that they are risk-takers and did not do their homework. His wife Joanne is also a fool for concurring with such nonsense! They ended up looking dumb and renting out the property in the end. So, in essence, they did exactly what was advised by Andre in the beginning, thus wasting valuable time by seeking out another realtor from the "top players in the game". Ha, ha!!!
